Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

About the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator Position:
As a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator you ll be part of Oracle Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), which manages all aspects of D&I for Oracle US. The D&I function is part of HR and is divided into two areas Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion Programs - this role will be part of the Programs team, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across many aspects of the D&I function. We are currently working to deliver integrated solutions to help embed D&I and employee engagement competencies, concepts, thinking, systems, and processes into the business.
D&I is a center of expertise that and collaborates and partners closely with the rest of HR and other key stakeholders to assess needs, identify and recommend ideas to advance business deliverables and priorities. We are looking for the ideal candidate who is a change agent and high performer. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis..
Lead D & I internal and external social media and branding projects including advertising for strategic partnerships, websites, Social Networks, blogs and key project communications for employees, team members and stakeholders.
Responsible for tracking, monitoring and maintaining accurate accounts of all expenses and balances to support the U.S. diversity and inclusion program budget.
Maintain project plans, manage communications, proactively identify and address project risks and opportunities as well as determine alternative ways to achieve project/program goals.
Experience in leading diversity initiatives/programs with reporting metrics and mechanism(s) to monitor and assess effectiveness.
Leverage data to make recommendations to D&I programs/initiatives, processes and procedures, and remove barriers as needed.
Develop and measure success criteria to assess value impact to include but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention.
Serve as liaison
Apply judgment in tailoring methodologies, processes and practices to specific requirements of programs/projects and business units.
Preferred Experience and Education:
- Minimum 2-5 years working in Project Manager and/or Human Resources (e.g. employee relations, HR business partner, learning & development, organization development, change management, and/or recruitment) or related field experience.
BA/BS degree in business or public administration, human resources management, organizational behavior or closely related field.
Ability to effectively leverage relationship building and communication skills to establish new relationships and sustain existing partnerships.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor tasks through to completion.
Facilitate diversity strategic partnership program relationships with internal stakeholders to drive timely completion of deliverables and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the relationship with the strategic partners and all stakeholders
Proven experience in creating solutions and implementing HR strategies
Work collaboratively with senior management across the organization to drive change and commitment to D & I programs and initiatives.
Proven ability to take charge, take unpopular stands if necessary and face challenging situations
