IBM UX/UI Design Leader (US) - Bluewolf in Houston, Texas
We’re now sourcing for an inspired UX/UI Design Leader to support us in delivering industry leading processes and tools through Bluewolf’s products and services. The UX/UI Design Leader will play a pivotal role in defining the Bluewolf experience with our clients. Our ideal candidate exhibits a strong passion for building top-notch experiences and has well-rounded design, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Lead efforts to develop, design, or modify large, complex or mission critical projects on the Salesforce.com platform
Collaborating cross-functionally in a heavily matrixed organization and applying analytical skills to interpret user experience requirements and translate these requirements in a concise, measurable, and flexible manner to meet client needs
Utilize design tools to depict the user experience in journey maps, flow diagrams, responsible web, data visualization, mockups, and prototypes
Drive projects to launch effectively within time and resource constraints that use the Agile/Scrum methodology
Implementing and executing on all phases related to whiteboard sessions to help conceptualize designs including: HTML-based mock-ups demonstrating overall UX design; translation of user feedback and business requirements into design solutions and visual presentations of UI designs through UX principle.
Articulating concisely ideas and visually communicating concepts to both developer and non-developer audiences. Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management
Actively participating in and/or facilitating brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and requirements workshops with the purpose of requirements elicitation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Experience Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience/training
3-5 years of relevant work experience in UX, product design, advertising fields or relevant customer-facing role
Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles on solutions teams with a focus on Salesforce
Exceptional knowledge of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Omnigraffle, Visio, Axure, HTML, CSS
Demonstrated skill creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
