Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Development and execution of content marketing and overall digital outreach strategies. Building, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media and SEO. Produce dynamic content-driven campaigns. Provide support to social media efforts including: Google AdWords, Facebook ads, and other digital social campaigns. Create strategies to engage audiences, grow reach and build brand awareness. Work to enhance SEO and SERP with best practices. Create monthly and bi-weekly digital marketing data reports and analytics. Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and leads to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals. Explore opportunities to add value to overall marketing efforts such as taking initiative, being proactive and bringing forward fresh ideas. Monitor site traffic and maintain web rankings on all major search engines; develop and manage monthly reporting and tracking databases. Demonstrated experience with advertising and sponsorships a plus. Broad understanding of the latest in web marketing tools and strategies. Developing, implementing and executing social media campaigns (Google AdWords Certification is plus). Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Aware of top trends in content marketing channels and technologies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced working environment. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business At least 3+ years of digital and content marketing Ability to lead content initiatives Possess a balance of critical and creative thinking skills in order to drive measurable success. A sophisticated grasp of available media channels and ability to identify potential opportunities. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word). Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Able to work independently and with others with excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience with Blackbaud, Luminate/Convio as well as CMS platforms such as WordPress a plus. Experienced with Google Analytics and HTML. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong technical, creative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and focused team player. Requires strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, images, and interactivity impact design and user engagement. Ability to represent the organization in a professional manner in all situations with the public, volunteers and staff. Ability to create and sustain positive working relationships within the organization, as well as volunteers and the public. Able to drive, stand, bend, squat, walk, and talk for at least eight hours a day; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
