As a member of the Field Marketing Team, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining actionable information for the Field Marketing and Customer Engagement Team. Key to the position is the ability to drive story-telling around overall marketing programs, their effectiveness in achieving their goals and to enhance our ability to merchandise marketing services within our key stakeholders and senior leaders. This position reports to the Field Marketing Director. Specific responsibilities includes:
Regularly review effectiveness of current marketing initiatives across all SCI marketing disciplines
Establish new or enhanced scorecards for marketing initiatives to measure specific Key Performance Indicators
Report monthly and quarterly marketing data for reports sent to market leaders
Integrate marketing data into reports that demonstrate how impactful various tactics are in terms of revenue, awareness, customer satisfaction, clicks, leads, sales, etc…
Support the development of data to assist teams in creating meaningful marketing plans
Coordinate with other marketing disciplines to bring various data sources and types together to provide for coordinated analysis
Support marketing department leaders as needed to provide meaningful analyses of marketing programs and provide proof points for further investment or reduced spending
Support Field Marketing Team with CSI, L.C.S, Floral, Digital, Lead Generation/CRM reporting and generate new reports or trends that are identified
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related discipline
A minimum of 2-5 years of corporate marketing and advertising or equivalent experience in a related field
Prior marketing/media experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills including Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint and other programs required to complete job duties (e.g. Workgroups DaVinci)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
High attention to detail
