AT&T Sr Mkt Research & Anlys Mgr in Dallas, Texas

The Senior Market Research & Analysis Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop advertising insights for AT&T's Consumer & Mobility businesses

  • Track and measure advertising's influence on key performance metrics such as awareness, perceptions and sales

  • Generate crisp insights on AT&T advertising performance and develop actionable recommendations for senior advertising executives

  • Influence business decisions through persuasive presentation of key insights and solutions to marketing executives

  • Manage marketing analysis for key marketing executives

  • Develop reports and key insights for major advertising campaigns

  • Manage copy testing, in-flight advertising performance and awareness tracking and reporting

  • Supervise data reporting, collection, and quality control for advertising insights projects

  • Develop plans for enhancing AT&T's advertising insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Five years relevant work experience in marketing or market research

  • Proven track record managing complex projects and experience with preparing business reports for executives

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required

  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction to a team of research vendors; this role will manage complex, time-constrained projects

  • Excellent communication skills, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to be a persuasive team player who can negotiate with and influence a wide range of business constituencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen

  • Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making

Desired Qualifications:

  • Six or more years experience in marketing or market research

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or Mathematics

  • Experience with advertising and media
