Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Job Code: Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager Position Summary As a marketing coordinator, our marketing team will look to you to coordinate scalable processes that ensure best practices in the areas of creative services, media production coordination, inbound marketing campaigns and content development. You will also conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by our Marketing Team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment helping coordinate multiple projects at once. Primary Position Responsibilities Assist marketing manager in facilitating meetings, creative groups, and project communication. Develop resource materials to assist other teams with the marketing of priorities and events happening across the organization. Manage internal project management software, and report on weekly, monthly, and yearly progress. Assist in communicating with necessary peers, departments, and external resources to maintain steady project workflows and ensure met deadlines Assist in campaign development including coordination, analysis, and continual monitoring for progress. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Communicate with external resources to deliver marketing materials (printers, manufacturers, and freelancers). Processes check requests and tracks all invoices that come through Marketing. Also processes and tracks a variety of internal forms, including those for new equipment, PTO, Travel & Training, EAA and mileage. Handles all administrative and clerical responsibilities within the department, including but not limited to ordering, distributing and keeping track of supplies; managing main printer maintenance; picking up and delivering department mail; setting up meetings and taking notes as needed; requesting and hanging signs in the building; and planning and coordinating team outings and celebrations. Keep informed of all CoServ policies and procedures. Comply with established CoServ safety and operating rules, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for reporting unsafe practices to a supervisor. Comply with established CoServ Information Security Handbook, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for reporting suspected information security incidents to Tech Support. Secondary Position Responsibilities Attend approved professional development conferences, seminars, workshops and CoServ training when required. Attend regular Communications Department and CoServ all-employee meetings. Represent CoServ at business meetings, civic organizations and community functions when requested. Ability to attend after-hours, work-related functions as a CoServ representative. Supervisory Responsibilities None Position Requirements Education and Certification Required Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising/PR. Experience Required Three year experience in a coordination services role. Competencies in operation of standard office/business equipment Experience Preferred Experience to provide leadership and support in the areas of marketing process and procedures Experience in social media, content development, and digital marketing strategy Knowledge of cooperative utility philosophy, history and objectives Working knowledge of website usability and analytics Working knowledge of marketing Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge of and skill in using current software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent communication, relationship and organizational skills Excellent follow-through, prioritization skills, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively wit
